Hotel was trendy, I truly enjoyed it. Quiet venue, the rooms were well-appointed. Soft beds, climate control, microwave and 3 beds in the room.
-
exceptional location, spacious bed, nice size bathroom. we loved the light breakfast. the room was contemporary with comfortable furniture. staff was incredibly attentive, attentive service. a perfect beach, wonderful view.
-
Bright hotel, knowledgeable staff. Liked the PRIME location. Also, the property was close to Louisiana Maritime Museum and with easy access to lafayette square park. Room was spacious, we spent 1 night.
No issues.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was great. Big room for disabled. Central location was a plus. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Luke that was only 5 minutes' walk away.
-
Rooms are very clean and staff are friendly. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Downtown New Orleans district.
-
Tourist destinations like the national wwii museum were not far from this place. We liked being there and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again...
Nothing to mention.
-
There was a great breakfast buffet
The noise from the construction site of the neighbouring house
-
Staff very friendly and helpful!
The noise at breakfast! Nowhere could one find peace! Reflecting the city, only noise! Were disappointed by the breakfast, too little choice and dirty rags were lying next to the omlett station, not intercontinental as we are used to!
-
Hotel was very good.
We had no window with a direct view to the outside.
-
Good location
Staff could be more friendly, pool is small and simple, skyscrapers in the area block sun at the pool
-
Pleasant staff Awesome concierge staff convenient clean
Excessive charges for parking a car that we never moved. $32 per day plus state and local taxes. On a room costing enough to cover something like that. They should rethink that parking charge. If I recommended to others I would mention this.

The InterContinental is a good quality hotel meeting most of the expectations I usually have. Its location is perfect: close enough to the French Quarter to get there by foot, and far enough from the music and noise of the quarter.
My room was dark even in the middle of the day. The daylight was stopped by the building facing the room, so that I felt it was the night. I was also surprised by the number of pets in the hotel.

the chair in the room in very comfortable for reading.
i was surprised at the way the drapes are made. on each side they only move on quarter of the way. it was new years morning and i wanted to sleep till 10 ,but the sun was in my face at 6.

Great hotel. In town for the Saints game. Good location to Superdome, shops, Bourbon St. and lots of great restaurants.

This is the only place that I stayed. I remember leaving my phone charger connected to the plug. When I called the next day, they said it was not turned in. I know without a doubt that I left it there.
